We are seeking a Senior Java Developer (ASE6) leading the design, development and implementation of new technology solutions, that would automate & enhance the data aggregation and reporting solutions around monitoring and would implement Robotic automations to enhance the detection & triage abilities using advanced RPA and machine learning technologies.
Analysis, design, develop, test new technology solutions & automations to implement predictive and preventative operational controls (monitors / alerts / reporting dashboards) for applications
Accountable for leading multiple automation projects at any given time.
Responsible for producing functional system design and technical solution design documents and interface data mapping. Must also conduct walk through meetings of the produced documents with impacted technical/system groups, testing groups, servicing groups, and business groups.
Responsible to lead Proof of concept efforts and driving the implementation of new technology solutions to reality
Support technical and testing groups in root cause analysis of system defects.
Acts as a liaison between business and technical organizations by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
As a senior technology subject matter expert, provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes.
May develop systems test plan components and test scripts.
May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.

10+ years of application development and implementation experience
10+ years of middleware development experience
7+ years of Java experience
5+ years of Red Hat Linux or UNIX experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
3+ years of Agile experience
5+ years of experience working with middleware vendor messaging technologies
Ability to manage efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or processes
Knowledge and understanding of technology middleware: integration and data mapping/transformation technologies
4+ years of UI (User Interface) experience
Knowledge and understanding of technology object oriented: design patterns and their application
Knowledge and understanding of automation and engineering release development

A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
