The Banking Services Delivery Manager defines operating procedures, identifies opportunities for building efficiencies, and works toward improvement in service across our ATM and Point of Sale ISOs and Client Success Partners. Works with internal partners to accomplish these objectives.
Provides expertise in association and ATM and POS Acquiring industry rules and regulations, including network and regulatory requirements.
Keeps abreast of ATM and POS Acquiring industry trends.
Participates in new initiative and enhancements review and proposals.
Represent ATM and POS acquiring on enterprise projects and participates as a working team member of special projects focused on building new tools and documenting procedures for the Banking Services team.
Bridge relationships between processors, networks and ISOs for new initiatives and enhancements.
Defines new procedures and tools for supported departments.
Own CRM system enhancements log and work internally on prioritization of enhancements for supported lines of business.
Serves as a resource for other departments with periodic review of existing programs as well as supporting internal and external audit needs.
Develops department organization and process flows.
Understands Meta’s business strategy and finds synergies within the Banking Services lines of business.
Mentors staff by assisting in answering questions, providing technical advice and issue resolution.
Provide data, oversee and approve monthly billing for ATM ISOs
Assist in development of monthly dashboard data for Banking Services KPIs and metrics.
Maintains thorough knowledge of relationships among all parties.
Assist with planning and execution of annual ATM Expo
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required
5-8 years of related experience desired.
3+ years of experience with and knowledgeable about ATM and Point of Sale Acquiring businesses
Travel percentage – 10%
