We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator (ATM/Warehouse Division) for a permanent position. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers to ensure the efficient coordination of various projects. Success in this position requires strong time management and communication skills, as you will be collaborating with both clients and internal teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Scope

• Project coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Set-up new projects in SAP Project One (training will be provided)
• Prepare start-up documentation for client submission (signed purchase orders/contracts, WSIB, COI, health and safety documents, etc.)
• Review trades contracts and subcontracts for awarded projects, noting important dates and other relevant job details
• Ensure all relevant paperwork and site documentation is kept current
• Prepare and issue purchase orders to sub-contractors and material suppliers
• Work with Project Manager and installers to ensure work carried out is properly invoiced
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Prepare schedule of values (SOV’s), progress draws and invoices, complete with changes itemized in approved change orders for billing purposes

Qualifications

• Proficient in various MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills are critical, along with exceptional time management and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams and levels in the organization.
