Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a growing national practice, is seeking a Capital Markets/Securities Associate. This attorney will serve as an important member of Moore & Van Allen's Capital Markets/Securities team, working with senior leadership of the firm’s public and private issuer clients as well as investor clients on a wide range of securities offerings and compliance matters. This attorney will work on capital markets transactions, securities regulation issues, corporate governance and general business matters.
