What does a great Balancing Supervisor do? As you lead a strong and motivated team of five associates, you will fulfill a critical function assisting clients and account processors in reconciling their general ledger accounts to amounts settled by Fiserv Card Services. A successful supervisor assigns work, manages capacity and tracks additional data points using established metrics as required. You will offer guidelines for establishing appropriate general ledger accounts, educate clients regarding the use of transaction and settlement reports for cards and ATM terminals, as well as the use of detailed cardholder reports provided by the account processor. You will also train clients on the balancing process and assist them in identifying/correcting items not posted
