What does a great Client Training Advisor do? As a member of our training team, you will be responsible for supporting the training needs of Card Services, Client Operations, Clients and Associates and others who partner with us to sell and support our products and services directly to FI customers. Our team is focused on improving the Client Experience within Card Services Client Operations. We facilitate this by gathering client feedback and expanding associate expertise through training. The training role will include formal presentations, content development, as well as functioning in a mentoring role to new and seasoned associates.
