Provide Production Support activities for applications in a Mainframe environment. Team member will be supporting Main frame applications and part of an oncall rotation.
Provide senior technical knowledge platform support team members
Participate in automation development including development, regression testing, trouble shooting, deployment, and user support.
Ensuring ongoing compliance with SDLC processes
Troubleshoot production support issues and come up with solutions
Ensure products, applications, documents and systems meet established quality standards and requirements. Participate in On-Call rotation and BCP exercise to support system applications and a working understanding of agile concepts
3+ years of business continuity planning experience
1+ year of CICS experience
2+ years of Cobol experience
2+ years of DB2 experience
5+ years of JCL (Job Control Language) experience
5+ years of mainframe experience
5+ years of systems support analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience
3+ years of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or education
SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
Ability to work with limited supervision
Knowledge and understanding of Agile
Knowledge and understanding of automation and engineering release development
Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: unit, integration, and system testing
Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management
Strong team or technical leadership experience
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

BAL (basic assembler language) experience.
