The RSA Archer Developer - Software Engineer (SE) will have a technical developer role with the team responsible for design and development for Internal Audit utilizing RSA Archer. The use cases include Audit Engagement and Workpapers, Audit Planning & Quality, Control Assurance Program Management, Issues Management and Risk Catalog. In addition to multiple On Demand Applications. This is a cohesive platform offering end-to-end automation for Internal Audit, including – annual planning, issue management, resource & time management, system & data integration and producing related reports & dashboards. This SE will be actively engaged in overall technical design and implementation using RSA Archer 6.x along with other technology and integration tools. The success of the role will require focusing on delivering the solution per requirements with a quick turnaround time without compromise to quality. This role requires a strong ability to work independently to complete development task and work closely with the business team to ensure delivery per requirements and alignment with technology standards and best practices.
Key duties and responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to:
Hands-on configuration/development using RSA Archer 6.x
Acting as technical and RSA Archer SME
Partnering with key stakeholders to understand their needs and implement technology solutions
Create thorough designs in accordance with RSA best practices and designs integrates with existing system design
Work closely with technology managers, stakeholders, developers and QA testers to design, implement, build and test the solution
Analyzes complex requirements and translates to technical design and specifications
5+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of application development experience
5+ years of experience with Archer 5.2 or above
5+ years of experience with Archer core solutions
3+ years of experience with on-demand application development experience in Archer
3+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts
3+ years of experience with data feed setups in Archer
3+ years of Archer experience using calculated fields and data driven events
An industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to design, develop, and implement large scale/complex software applications
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Experience identifying key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
A BS/BA degree or higher
