Corporate Security The Corporate Security team within the Corporate Properties Group keeps our employees, customers and assets safe. The team employs advanced security equipment and security protocol, to minimize the possibility of loss, damage, and threat to Wells Fargo assets or personnel from any kind of security breach and exposure. The Role Reporting to the Chief Physical Security Officer, leads the Executive Protection Service team with global responsibilities. This leader will be responsible for: - Managing and directing the EPS department in all of the company's geographic regions
- Serving as primary personal security contact to CEO, operating committee, lines of business partners, local/federal law enforcement and private sector counterparts
- Evaluating processes, standards, and goals to ensure program effectiveness, service levels are met, and related policies and procedures are consistently applied
- Ensuring systems are operating efficiently and effectively
- Participating in and/or leading special projects based upon problems, needs of the department, and the organization
- Maintaining awareness of industry trends to assist in developing and maintaining a proactive and effective physical security program
- Accountable for strategic planning, risk management and fiscal management of assigned program and the execution of assigned projects
- Frequently on call beyond normal working hours to supervise and assist at corporate facilities, meetings and special events
- All activities are managed with minimal management oversight or supervision required by the Chief Physical Security Officer
- Promoting a safe, secure, and ethical business environment for all employees and customers
- Leading strategic planning, business objective development and execution, and management of all assigned security functions
- Developing and implementing physical security guidelines, policies, procedures, standards, and training
- Leading complex security projects and program improvement initiatives across country and internationally
- Routinely communicating security trends, strategies, and incident data to senior management and makes formal presentations to support business objectives
- Serving on senior level company committees and industry peer working groups
- Maintaining a high degree of expertise and knowledge specific to physical security, security equipment and applications, applicable laws, regulatory trends, industry benchmarking, emerging issues, and internal guidelines and policies, services, and business processes
- Proactive physical security management/regulatory compliance

The successful candidate will work closely with other senior leaders across the company in the development and execution of company risk management strategies. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of security experience
Other Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading an Executive Protection program
- Demonstrated physical security program development and implementation
- Demonstrated familiarity with the physical security industry processes, policies, and standards
- Experience with corporate policies pertaining to customer authentication, site physical security, and systems access
- Strong violence free workplace program development skills, workplace threat assessment skills and threat mitigation strategy development
- Demonstrated knowledge of physical security technology related to access control, video, and alarm systems
- Proven ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure time sensitive environment
- Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Security Management, Criminology or related field
- Certification-CPP or PSP (or equivalent)
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

- Ability to successfully foster collaboration and results across diverse teams and global locations and build effective business and support partnerships with all levels of team members
