The Compliance Technology Software Sr Engineer (SSE) will have a technical developer role in the team responsible for design and development of the strategic Enterprise Testing & Validation (ETV) platform. The ETV platform will be a cohesive system offering end-to-end automation of testing and validation functionality, including – annual planning, plan & prepare, test execution, issue management & validation, capacity, resource & time management, system & data integration and producing related reports & dashboards. This SSE will be actively engaged in overall technical design, development and implementation using RSA Archer 6.x along with other technology and integration tools. The success of the role will require focusing on delivering the solution per requirements with a quick turnaround time and yet without any compromise on quality. This role will need a strong ability to work independently to complete development task as we as developing partnerships and working closely with business teams, and other groups within the technology team such as the BA and QA teams to ensure delivery per requirements and alignment with technology standards and best practices. Responsibilities include: Key duties and responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to: - Hands-on configuration/development using RSA Archer 6.x
- Ability to quickly produce screen designs and mock-ups based on Business requirements to stakeholders for validating requirements and facilitating coding/configuration using RSA Archer
- Acting as technical and RSA Archer SME
- Partnering with key stakeholders to understand their needs and implement technology solutions.
- Create thorough designs - taking care to assure that designs integrate well existing systems
- Work closely with technology managers, stakeholders, developers and QA testers to design, implement, build and test the solution
- Design, develop, test, and deploy data integration initiative.
- Analyzes complex requirements and translates to technical design and specifications
- Work on complex problems where analysis of data requires a solid grasp of compliance, regulatory and technology risk domains.
- Implement batch jobs, scheduling and data loads with exception management and notifications
- Understanding of Wells Fargo and EIT integration patterns, architecture and systems
- Work closely with project and other technology teams to understand requirements and overall architecture of the solution
- Ability to troubleshoot preexisting configuration within RSA Archer
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of performance tuning experience
- 2+ years of experience coaching and developing a team
- 5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
- 8+ years of experience with Archer 5.2 or above
- 7+ years of experience with on-demand application development experience in Archer
- 8+ years of experience with Archer core solutions
- 7+ years of experience with data feed setups in Archer
- 8+ years of Archer experience using calculated fields and data driven events
- 5+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts
- 10+ years of application development experience
- 3+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Ability to design, develop, and implement large scale/complex software applications
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- 3+ years of .net experience
- 3+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience
- 3+ years of JavaScript development experience
- 3+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
- Experience identifying key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution
- 3+ years of JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) development experience
- 3+ years of Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience
Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000 AZ-Chandler: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000 NJ-Summit: Min: $130,200 Mid: $186,000
