The Wells Fargo Data Center Management (DCM) Compliance and Process Management team is team is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring standardized process, procedures and controls to assure compliance with any state, federal and regulatory requirements for our Data Center sites. The team is accountable for all data center compliance based activities and efforts to ensure an audit ready posture for all key controls to ensure alignment and enforcement of corporate standards, processes and disciplines. To accomplish this the team maintains a highly collaborative relationship with all Data Center Site Managers, Corporate Security, Corporate Properties and Third Party representatives for all Data Centers within the portfolio.
This position reports directly to the Data Center Compliance, Process and Service Manager and is accountable for all audit, risk and compliance examinations to ensure we maintain and effective and continually maturing service model. The incumbent will regularly collaborate with DCM Service Assurance manager, Process and Control Owner and other site subject matter experts to assure process and procedure documentation correctly aligns with operational execution and evidencing of all DCM controls. Works within an agile methodology to lead and facilitate process and procedural enhancements in support of innovation, remediation or automation of services. Participates as a process and operating model subject matter expert (SME) in any operational risk or audit examination to evaluate control design and performance effectiveness. Maintains a comprehensive inventory of all DCM functions, aligned process, procedure, risk, control and metric inventory that make up the DCM operating model. Contributes to the monthly aggregation, review and publication of all DCM operational business reporting of performance, risk and financial performance for all sites managed. Accountable to ensure monthly service level agreements are achieved for all business and executive reporting venues.

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and testing
Strategic security planning for critical infrastructure equipment environments.
Implementation coordination of physical control systems and disciplines that protect centralized infrastructure equipment.
Participating as a high performing technically diverse team member in a cross functional environment.
Management and Oversight of partner Service Agreements
Proven relationship management skills and the ability to rapidly establish and leverage key working relationships with vendors and companion/partnering organizations.
Successful track record in dealing with all facets of critical site controls, disciplined data center environments, high availability requirements and security systems.
A performance record of superior judgment and maturity working within a collaborative matrix organization
Capable of gaining credibility with partnering organizations quickly. Must possess strong influencing and communication skills as well as possess a heightened sense of urgency and resolve.
The ability to operate effectively within a decentralized geographically dispersed organization.
The strength to evaluate risks / rewards and impacts of decisions at the enterprise level, balanced with the ability to take action in a decisive, timely, market-appropriate manner.
A proven track record in providing physical control oversight to data center environments at an enterprise level with a fundamental mission of ensuring that the corporate critical site environments will provide the appropriate levels of security while continually balancing business needs, regulatory requirements, corporate brand and shareholder value.

5+ years of technology experience
4+ years of Operational Risk Management experience
3+ years of compliance and controls testing experience
3+ years of experience with mission critical infrastructure systems including Buildings and Advance BMS or EMS systems
Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Experience supporting or directing offshore teams
3+ years of vendor management experience
Ability to provide leadership to a matrixed organization environment
Knowledge and understanding of technology monitoring: proactive maintenance of all critical site control systems
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Other Desired Qualifications
Certified Data Center Audit Professional or equivalent certification desired.
