Responsibilities for this role include the following: This team member will also responsible for working on gathering requirements, design, build, test and deploy the document generation templates. These templates will be used by the business for document generation via a number of calling applications. These templates are built and maintained using the Hot Docs Developer tool. Along with the development work this team member will serve as the lead Production support person for the document generation app and be required to troubleshoot issues, determine root cause, and recommend solutions to address the issue. Responsibilities will also include security vulnerability remediation and top priority at all times and addressing upgrades and process improvements recommended by mgmt. This role has to collaborate with many different application teams so teamwork is critical. We also work in a fast moving environment and the team member will need to be highly flexible and experienced with the Agile process and Jira. This job also includes managing the change control process for the document generation application suite utilizing PAC2000. Tasks include ticket submission and management thru to deployment. Deployments happen after hours and therefore the team member must be available and flexible to ensure success.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools
• 5+ years of application development experience with ASP.NET(C#)
• 5+ years of IIS experience
• 4+ years of experience with databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL server, or Teradata
• 5+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• 5 + years of experience with Subversion source control repository management
• 4 + years of experience with component and application deployment job creation using UrbanCode Deploy
• 5+ years of experience with continuous integration tools such as Anthill or Jenkins
• 5+ years of JavaScript Frameworks experience (jQuery, Ext JS, Kendo UI and/or Angular JS)
• 4+ years of configuration experience with Cloud service providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or MS Azure
• 3+ years of PAC2000 Change Management experience
• 5+ years of systems vulnerability management experience
• 5 + years of technology release or implementation experience
• 4+ years of HotDocs enterprise server integration experience
• 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: HotDocs Developer, HotDocs Server, or HotDocs User tools

• An industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of business requirement analysis and design including: documentation of data and system architectures
• Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation: impact analysis, detailed designs and unit test plans
• Strong research and documentation skills

• Experience in Production support, change management and security scanning and vulnerability remediation skills
