This software engineer role will provide technical solutions within Commercial Capital's large-scale Oracle Siebel implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Siebel application development, enterprise integration and service oriented architecture. As an Engineer you will be responsible for full end-to-end platform initiatives & operational management of a highly integrated, complex, mission critical application suite. The ability to work in a positive and collaborative manner, within a large virtual team setting, is crucial.
Design, develop & configure Siebel based applications with engineering mindset and agile development practices.
Propose efficient, resilient, scalable, secure and reusable design solutions.

Work with downstream and upstream partner teams to ensure smooth and faster resolution.
Ability to think out of the box to design, build and implement solutions across various business lines
