We are currently seeking qualified applicants for Systems Operation Engineer positions which will be part of Enterprise Business Services Microservices Level 2 Production Support organization.  Responsibilities include test and production environment support.  This position covers researching and finding the root cause on the system and application level for multiple Micro Services applications.  Working with appropriate teams to implement short term and long term solutions to environmental and code issues. Implementing monitoring solutions in AppDynamics and SPLUNK tools and play an active role in deploying Enterprise Business Services applications to production and staging environments. This position requires carrying a pager on a rotational basis from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific (week and weekends).

• 5+ years of systems support analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience
• 3+ years of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or education
• 5+ years of application production support experience
• 5+ years of Java experience
• 3+ years of Splunk experience

• Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management
• Strong team or technical leadership experience
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 3+ years of PAC2000 experience
• Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles

• Experience in supporting Tomcat web server support, Databases (MYSQL, DB2 and Oracle), MQ, SSL/TLS Massl authentication
• Cloud  Technology(PCF or AWS)
• Scripting Knowledge(Shell, Python or Perl)
• Spring Boot and related JAVA Development.
• Micro Service Platform Knowledge (Nomad, Kubernetes or Docker)
• CI/CD and Build/Deploy Tools: Jenkins, Sonar Qube, Jfrog Artifactory, Git Hub, IBM uDeploy

• Ability to work on call as assigned
• Ability to work additional hours as needed

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $79,500 Mid: $112,000 Max: $144,500
AZ-Chandler: Min: $79,500 Mid: $112,000 Max: $144,500
