The Software Engineer will be responsible for the development and level 3 support of business process automation built in BluePrism 6.3 and UIPath 2019.x The Software Engineer will be part of development team in a platform support group {internally} facing role, to drive delivery of new automated processes as well as managing the changes required for the automations for our Wells Fargo Technology team. The team member will ensure consistency and synchronization across various builds, delivered codes and updated information on all the changes in progress. The ideal candidate will need at least 7+ years of experience in delivery functions, 3+ years of experience in robotic automation delivery. The ideal candidate will also work on performance optimization, robotic process automation and maintenance by following operational procedures for maintaining technology as required. Position requires: - The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems using innovative and well-planned approaches with well documented, supportable and extensible development practices
- The ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture
- The aptitude to contribute to the evolution of methodologies and procedures in a controlled manner to continually improve a rapid and repeatable delivery channel
- Good verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation
- An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines.
- Strong desire for exploring, evaluating and understanding new technologies.
- An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
- Work with developers and application owners to implement the change & document it
- Troubleshooting and providing solutions for production issues raise by either end user / automated monitors
- Willingness to train / learn and grow quickly in a rapidly changing group
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience
- 1+ years of Blue Prism Rapid Process Automation (RPA) development experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation and governance experience with Robotic Process Automation or Business Process Automation architectures
- 5+ years of software engineering and implementation experience
- 4+ years of technical troubleshooting experience
Desired Qualifications
- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
- Blue Prism Developer Certification

- Very good understanding of new emerging technologies in automation space
- Understanding of the various technologies in AI and market trends
- Knowledge of leading Automation Framework/Tools in current market
