KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and manage programs, processes, guidelines, tools to support the Technology DE&I Council
Drive accountability through influencing senior leadership, working with key partners, business leaders, and HR
Consult to with LOB DE&I Council leaders on strategy, gaps, strengths and opportunities
Create presentations, roadmaps, and executive summaries to drive the work of the council forward
Assist in setting Tech diversity objectives, annual and longer-range plans and support in the execution of these objectives.
Annually, leverage data to inform Tech's strategic diversity plan and corresponding accountabilities to realize measurable results against business and enterprise priorities and goals
Monitor data trends and patterns to inform the work, outcomes, alignment, collaboration, effectiveness and integrating DE&I into the business
Build strong partnerships internally with key stakeholder and externally with our strategic partnerships
Ensure alignment of Technology plans with enterprise strategy and CEO DE&I Commitments.
Support diversity and inclusion learning, competency, skill-development and advocacy by leveraging and reinforcing existing DE&I learning courses, tools, and resources
7+ years of technology experience
4+ years of global diversity & inclusion consulting experience
7+ years of program management experience
5+ years of change management experience
7+ years of policy and strategy development experience
Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
Ability to prepare and present senior level communications
Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
