The Consumer and Small Business Banking Technology - Payment Applications Support (PAS) department is looking for highly motivated and creative individuals who will support multiple critical revenue generating online platforms. In this role you will be the Subject Matter Expert responsible for understanding and retaining knowledge on the end-to-end implementation, functionality, technologies, and external dependencies used in various platforms such as Bill Payment, Transfer Scheduling, Online Wires, Direct Pay, Foreign Exchange, Online Billing and other highly prized applications involved in moving funds for our customers.
Your advanced skills and experience as a developer, mastery of various technologies, and creativity will be used extensively to assess/research impact and risk, create real-time/short-term mitigation, and determine root cause of complex events or issues affecting multiple technology layers in the stack, downstream processes, and customer transactions. You will work closely with other developers to propose enhancements, create long-term fix, and help lead business and other enterprise support partners to arrive at a consensus and implement solutions.
You will engage in digital forensic activities to analyze, identify, preserve, and recover information registered in the various technology stack to support fraud prevention, risk mitigation, and account reconciliation objectives. This also includes ADHOC reporting, data analytics/modeling, and similar activities to help achieve business objectives in collaboration with business and development partners. On occasion, you will provide training, guidance, and mentoring to less experienced team members, as well as assist the PAS group improve service model, processes, and work flow.
