Drives the product vision, strategy, development and execution to establish industry leading retail products.
Manages the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Provide expertise from inception to implementation to improve the sales of retail bank products or services and generate high sales volume.
Coordinates all areas necessary in order to bring the product to the market, develops financial operating plans to project profit and loss of a product.
Create, update and manage reports to track process of a product line and analyze performance of existing bank products.
Partners with multiple internal and external business partners on regulatory items, marketing, business development initiatives, product and service enhancements and serves as the project owner on assigned bank wide rollouts and small-scale initiatives.
Manages product initiatives and programs, including but not limited to, deposit and loan products, debit card promotion programs, deposit growth and sales programs.
Knowledge of reciprocal cash sweep products, certificate of deposit portfolio management, ATM profitability and programs. Negotiated rate programs.
Versed in all aspects of debit cards, increasing interchange revenue.
Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent preferred
Industry related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Certificate of deposit portfolio management
Knowledge of ATM profitability and negotiated rate programs
Knowledge of online banking and how its fundamental importance of a delivery channel and the services that reside in online banking
