About the Role
This role within Data Management and Insights team will be responsible Domain Analysis as part Business Data team. Role:
This role will be for the Domain Analysis is to support domain teams with the execution work efforts that deliver required application data dictionaries and data quality assessments in support of the Data Management Policy and compliance requirements. Dedicated Analysts will support Data Domain work as well as Business Operation Process and Cross domain support. The Analyst will support the work efforts and delivery team with the following responsibilities.
Supports complex enterprise-wide programs and collaborates on strategic initiatives for data governance, data quality and metadata activities.
Provide direction, clarity and guidance on policy, process and template usage
Partnering with Application Business Data Owners in creation of Data Dictionary and Data Quality templates.
Identification of core data elements including System Of Record (SOR) designation and assignment of business criticality
Work with application and technology managers to complete their assigned templates Facilitate the entry of information into templates
Facilitate required meetings with delivery team to complete templates
Facilitate the steps needed to complete template
Facilitate the process and steps needed to complete recertification of templates
Support the Issues, Defects findings reporting and remediation.
Support the cross functional optimization and process improvements.
Support cross domain internal routines.
Market Skills and Certifications
4+ Experience in Data related platforms/tools and Data Management
2+ Experience with Metadata/Data dictionaries management including technical/business content and data lineage
Experience with Data Quality principals or monitoring
Experience in Data mapping and data profiling
Experience with Tableau and pulling reporting
Solid experience with MS Excel
Experience in leading complex data management programs/assignments
Experience in working with remote teams
Experience in facilitating and hosting working group sessions
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
