Responsible for developing and reporting resiliency capabilities of Critical Technology Infrastructure. Performs static data analysis to standardized metadata requirements to capture CTI Resiliency data. Ensures that data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes. Develops enterprise Critical Technology Infrastructure reporting to represent the CTI resiliency landscape outlining current capabilities, risk areas and deviation from performance thresholds. Consults with stakeholders to understand root cause for performance deviation and highlight for management direction. Identifies data quality metrics and executes data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality. Adhere to data governance standards and procedures. May participate in cross-functional groups to develop organization-wide data governance strategies.
7+ years of experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), demonstrated through work, military, or education
7+ years of experience in production supporting, including problem identification, ticket documentation, and customer/vendor relations, demonstrated through work, military, or education
7+ years of experience using ticket tracking tools for change management, problem and incident management, and availability management, demonstrated through work, military, or education
IT Infrastructure Library Certification (ITIL)
Experience with implementation and delivery
Extensive technical skills
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology
