The Home Lending Technology (HLT) team is building a strong team with the mission to disrupt the home lending experience. This new position will lead a large, cross-functional agile organization supporting digital solutions for from Sales through Fulfillment. As head of HLT Digital Enablement, you will partner with LOB executives, architecture leaders, and engineering leaders to develop technology strategies that align with business transformation and strategic objectives. Build support for strategies with senior business and technology executives. Guide development of actionable road maps and plans. Oversee financial management and strategic resourcing to enable delivery of commitments aligned to LOB and enterprise priorities. Mentor and guide development of senior engineering managers and senior engineering leads in the organization. Develop strategies for hiring top talent. Provide oversight to software craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions developed by the teams or third party providers. Drive continuous improvement of software engineering practices. Build a culture that encourages innovation.

Integrating point of sale solutions (POS), loan origination system (LOS) and customer relationship management (CRM).
Delivering digital experience for consumer while leveraging API management to connect incumbent systems
10+ years of software engineering experience
8+ years of experience managing software development projects
8+ years of experience with strategic planning in technology
8+ years of leadership or management experience, in a technology environment
A Masters degree or higher in computer science or engineering
8+ years of experience with Agile practices
5+ years of experience with systems architecture and design
5+ years of experience with modern software engineering technologies and tool sets
3+ years of managing a 100+ FTE engineering organization

8 + years experience leading large teams in technology development, application development and implementation preferably leading agile teams supporting digital frameworks
Leadership experience building and implementing digital frameworks
Leadership experience delivering digital experience and products to consumers
Experience leading large scale transformational initiatives in consumer lending
Executive leadership experience managing complex technological large scale cross functional initiatives in a large scale dynamic organization preferably financial services
Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of technology efforts across several major lines of business and effectively partner/influence at the senior executive level
Broad experience across multiple areas of technology including architecture, infrastructure, application development with strong understanding of leading edge as well as legacy and distributed technology to effectively manage the complex and diverse applications portfolio
Highly effective decision-making/critical thinking/problem solving skills with a collaborative and results oriented leadership style
Strong knowledge and understanding of financial, operational, technical and regulatory drivers impacting a complex and dynamic global technology environment
