We are hiring for a Software Engineer to provide critical application support within a fast-paced, money movement and fee billing environment. This provides high level technical systems support for Corporate Trust Services, a business line that moves over $2 trillion annually. The selected candidate will support highly complex technical systems and initiatives related to large-scale applications, systems, databases and/or technical products and services. This candidate will have a demonstrated proficiency with application monitoring tools and implementing processes to improve stability, support, and recovery. They will assess changes for risk to production systems and assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported areas. The individual will need to be able to work in a fast-paced, crucial deadline driven environment with the ability to get deep into tools, learning them well and supporting them independently. Our successful candidate will be skilled in both technology as well as partnering and supporting business clients.
The selected candidate will act as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs to analyze highly complex business requirements, design solutions, and write technical specifications for highly complex computer platforms and applications. Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts, verify program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs, and oversee systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production. Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides.
This Systems Engineer will be responsible for analysis, development, support and maintenance of internally developed application solutions. Qualified candidates will have a strong leadership presence, solid technical background, experience consulting on business solutions as well as create and maintain solid relationships with business and technology partners.
