About the Role
Collaborate with the Process Engineering Managers and leaders in leading process modelling. Resource would do this in conjunction with Architects, Designers, Modelers aligned to LOB. Individual will work closely with Enterprise BPM aligned roles like QA and Enterprise Librarians for successful closure of sprints. Individual will also work closely with the both front line and functional leadership of LOBs in identifying, scoping and executing opportunities related to process improvements and transformations. He/she shall support both strategic and tactical engagements for LOB.
Facilitate daily scrums/stand-ups, and meetings to monitor sprints' progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing and ensure Time box the events to avoid over processing
Maintain the scrum board, sprint backlog and help product backlog maintenance
Control Risks and Dependencies.
Understand the fundamental concepts of business process mapping and process modelling to provide direction and support during the factory/process modelling lifecycle
Use data and statistical analysis to provide direction and support for project decisions
Consolidate data from various sources to formulate recommendations and compose briefings suitable for presenting to senior management
Maintain daily/ weekly project and program reporting as needed by the Line of Business / onshore partners
Create process checklists and standards for Scrum / SAFe Agile Development Lifecycle.
Attend various Scrum ceremonies and other Group BPM meetings
Remove project obstacles, develop solutions with team
Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout sprint lifecycle
Ensure all appropriate steps of the Scrum Framework are followed and the best results are achieved.
Ensure Sprint reviews and retrospectives are conducted, documented, and used for further improving the outcomes of subsequent cycles.
Report all measures and metrics are captured on agreed frequencies in time to all appropriate stakeholders. Use data visualization techniques to make the reports help leaders take actionable improvements.
Market Skills and Certifications
Length of Experience: 10+ years of total experience with 5+years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of process definition, implementation, process mapping and modeling
Strong Comprehension, Communication & Analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering namely, B.Tech, B.E., or other technical skill sets
Scrum Master Certification (Must have)
Master's Degree or equivalent
High Level of Process decomposition/modelling skills including advanced skills in diagrammatic packages like Minitab and Excel Analytical Tool Pack
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt/Master Black Belt with practitioner and expertise is desired
PMP/Prince2 Certification (Good to have)
