The Contact Center QA team is responsible for the certification and testing of projects within many of Wells Fargo's customer interfacing customer channels and support a broad range of technology solutions.
The candidate will employ a strong technical background in Java coding solutions, as well as a solid background with quality assurance methodologies, processes, tools, and testing strategies. The selected candidate will work in close collaboration with the application team, automation and performance teams.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead automation team in API automation buildout
Collaborate with VXML Call Flow automation team (who utilize Hammer Call Master) to solve for testing gaps
Lead testing discussions with partners to resolve testing challenges and provide solutions to complex test problems.
Deploy knowledge of data needed to execute scripts
Leverage telephony expertise to develop new strategies and tools to enhance and increase efficiency of functional testing
7+ years of software engineering experience
7+ years of Java experience
An industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
5+ years of quality assurance experience
Knowledge and understanding of Quality Center/ALM, Quick Test Professional and ClearQuest
Knowledge and understanding of Selenium software testing framework
Knowledge and understanding of SQL
Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English
Other Desired Qualifications
Experience working with Banking Data
Experience with Wiki, Jenkins Continuous Integration, Confluence, and Service Virtualization (DEV/TEST)
OTA (Open Test Architecture) API
