5+ years of software engineering experience
A BS/BA degree or higher
3 + years of experience in developing enterprise web applications using React JS with Redux
3+ years of Agile experience
An industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, npm, Yarn
Knowledge and understanding of responsive web design
2+ years of experience with continuous integration development technologies such as IBM Udeploy, (UrbanCode Deploy), Jenkins, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of accessibility methods and standards, ADA Title III, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), or Section 508 compliance guidelines
Other Desired Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Rich Internet Application (RIA) development background
5+ years of experience with cross-browser/cross-platform production application support
Experience with NodeJS development technology
Experience with Jest / React-testing-library
Experience with React and Redux Developer Tools plug-ins for browsers
Solid knowledge of front-end design principles and patterns/frameworks
Experience with use of Test-Driven-Development methodology
Experience implementing Web Accessibility (WCAG, WAI, ARIA)
Familiarity with using Java, Eclipse IDE, Maven and Spring web framework
