CSBB Operations, delivers a diverse set of foundational operational and contact center services for the enterprise and to consumer, small business, and wholesale customers, providing stability, scalability, and security for Wells Fargo. Services include deposits, payments and ATM operations, global fraud and claims, account reconciliation, wire transfers, cash vault and lockbox services, print and image services, unclaimed property processing, legal order processing, estate care, and voice, email, chat, and social media services for consumer and small business customers.
About the Role
You will work as part of Operations under The Estate Care Center as part of Legacy PVSI Operations (now CSBB Ops) in Deposit Settlement and Operations group in Wells Fargo Bank, N.A The Estate Care Center (ECC) is responsible for serving as Wells Fargo's central group for managing the work and customer experience for families who are handling the asset and liability accounts of a loved one who passed away. The role would require working in a team of Operations Processors to fulfill work type requirement on deceased customer's account & meet service level agreement as defined by the business.
Performs a variety of operational tasks for the low to mid complex processes or functions
Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure
Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systems
Duties may include - receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed, entering transactions into CRT/PC, verifying with accuracy; resolving complex customer/client requests using multiple resources and records
Preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents. Works under general supervision following established procedures.
Exercises some judgment within guidelines
Considered a subject matter expert on operational issues related to process or function
Acts as escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed
University degree in Business, Commerce or any other discipline
Experience of 0-1 year in banking/Financial Services
Knowledge of ACH Transactions/system & Deposit Products
Strong analytical skills with eye to details
Strong communication skills both written and spoken
Flexible with working IST mid shift i.e. 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with some overlap with US teams
Quality-Oriented. Demonstrates high-level of attention to detail meeting deadlines Working knowledge in quality or with back office processing experience or its equivalent
College graduate, preferably in Commerce
Experience with Deposit Products, ACH systems in US transactional processes with flexibility to start during mid-day IST
