Acts as a liaison between the enterprise print management team (ECO Solutions) and technical peer organizations. Leads the planning, progress and influence the execution of efforts strategies needing participation from ECO Solutions. This resource will be conducting, and directing the analysis of low to medium technical strategies to ensure enterprise expectations are met in a timely manner. This person will work along with technical SMEs to ensure expectations and requirements are fully understood to ensure proper execution of strategy within the print team. Resource will be in charge in documenting, conveying and presenting progress reports of the various complex efforts to various levels of senior leadership. Resource will be consider a problem solver with a keen eye of researching and addressing process changes. This role will play a key part of the continuous transformation of the enterprise print environment.
5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience
2+ years of data management experience
2+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel
3+ years of information technology experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to dissect technical problems, analyze data, and recommend potential solutions
Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
