This position will report in to the Managed Print technology leader (EES). The position requires a senior level print administration background.
The candidate must demonstrate a track-record of developing innovative solutions and new technologies.
The team member will be responsible in partnering with technical resources from the different print manufactures, various teams within EIT to ensure all print functionalities are functioning as appropriate.
This is a key role in leading technical troubleshooting, with the goal of finding immediate resolution on escalations on print devices across the enterprise.
This role will ensure enterprise vulnerabilities are addressed in accordance to required Wells Fargo governance and regulatory standards.
This role will provide assistance with status reporting current fleet, process documentation, and issues with ongoing vendor technical support for the program.
This position will be key to maintain and support enterprise patching and configuration conformance standards across lines of businesses and provide support on complex print technical issues.
Which will encompass network set up, device functionality and configurations.
Position will require past leadership expericne.
6+ years of systems support analysis experience
1+ years of experience in an environment with 150,000 or more end users
5+ years of experience leading enterprise wide implementations
5+ years of experience working in a large enterprise network organization
Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
Ability to interact effectively at varying levels of the business and technical organizations; including management
Strong team or technical leadership experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of technology support: printer configuration, repairs, and maintenance
Knowledge and understanding of the printing industry
1+ year of systems vulnerability management experience
2+ years of experience with the Wells Fargo Eco Solutions Managed Print Program
A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
Other Desired Qualifications
4+ years managing a print environment
Looking for a CCNA/CCNP, Network+ or MCSE/MCSA
Experience with proprietary vendor tools like: Ricoh SLNX, HP WebJet Admin/Security Manager (HPSM), Lexmark MVE, Pharos Blueprint
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
