A Technology Relationship Manager 1 (TRM1) with the Enterprise Availability and Coordination Office (EACO) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end system availability for large incidents but with a focus and specialization for the availability for the infrastructure components such as network, security, storage, messaging and mainframe environments.
Responsible for facilitating the relationship between the technology organization and client by managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services. Client is typically internal to the Technology organization. Acts as the point of contact for the client and the appropriate technical groups from the beginning of an EACO issue to the completion of Preventative Actions. Maintains regular contact with management within Technology and the supported client area. Incident Management issues require excellent verbal and written communication skills used to facilitate issue calls and communicate with all levels of management. Will need to be able to actively facilitate production bridge calls and compose business communications regarding impacts with a high degree of accuracy for the affect to the business and customers. Assigning the correct severity based on documentation and active understanding of the impacts. Work with partner incident management teams in the other lines of business to review severity guidelines and update as needed. Involved in Problem Management tasks Identifying actions needed to prevent issues from recurring and assign Preventative Actions to owning teams.
3+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience
3+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with small and large business units in a large corporate environment
Relationship management experience delivering technology services between one or more internal technology organizations and small to medium-sized internal lines of business
5 + years of Wells Fargo production support management experience
2+ years of Incident Response Protocols and Tools experience
Other Desired Qualifications
Deep understanding of incident and problem management practices to include exposure with other lines of business.
Ability to work in a high paced and virtual team environment.
Experience facilitating meetings and discussions.
Strong analytical, communications, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
General knowledge of load balancing, networking and technologies related to Capital Markets.
Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
