The Voice Implementation Team is looking for a highly motivated individual with an in depth knowledge of CISCO Voice Over IP Technology. As Systems Support Analyst in Wells Fargo's Voice Implementation group, you will provide support for the most complex technical initiatives related to large-scale applications, systems, databases and/or other technical products and services related to voice technology. You will be responsible for monitoring, directing and completing all implementation activities for medium to large, medium to high risk, and major technology-based projects, from initiation to delivery. Projects typically cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines. This position works with business and technology partners to identify voice requirements to assist in system design and costing for the voice portion of the requests. You will provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and communication with business lines and technology management at all levels. You will complete all Call Manager and Unity programming. You may be asked to act as an internal consultant within technology help in the creation or updates of technical processes for greater efficiency. You may provide team leadership to Voice Implementation team members and assign tasks and/or resources; provides work direction and monitors work progress and adherence to technical process controls/standards. Provides subject matter expertise to less experienced analysts. May provide input to supervisors on team member performance.
The position will report into a Technology Manager within the Voice Implementation Support Team, part of the End User & Collaboration Services division.
6+ years of systems support analysis experience
Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
Ability to interact effectively at varying levels of the business and technical organizations; including management
Strong team or technical leadership experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
6+ years of VoIP experience
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
Experience leading multiple projects
Other Desired Qualifications
6+ years of experience programming CISCO Voice Over IP in Call Manger and Unity.
6+ years of experience working with and ordering local exchange carrier and long distance carrier circuits.
Experience defining, documenting, and implementing policies, procedures, and processes.
Flexibility to work on implementation and programming after regular working hours.
Ability to manage projects remotely.
