Job Role and Responsibility:
Work as part of the Technology and Operations Group (TOG) and Enterprise Information Technology Group (EIT). Assist in establishing a strong foundation of products, services, and systems to enable a consistent customer experience for Wells Fargo customers doing business internationally. Facilitate in-country, in-currency transactions for Wholesale Lending, Payments and Account Services products. Ensure IT operations effectiveness, IT availability/continuity, and minimize service interruptions by leveraging consistent governance, practices, tools, methodologies, metrics, and measurements. Implement a high-volume of simultaneous changes to a commercialized account services and payments platform, implementing enhancements and moving quickly to a new set of requirements, while supporting the application in production. Embrace change during the development as part of an evolving system, evaluate the impact to multiple parties, and suggest solutions. Define, test, and implement the parameters and configuration components of Oracle's Flexcube banking application. Create functional system design and data mapping documentation, participating in all phases of the development life cycle for assigned projects and coordinate business issue resolution throughout each project.
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Foreign degree equivalent accepted.
7 years of experience in the job offered or as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Systems Designer, or a related role.
Requires seven (7) years of experience in business systems analysis and/or business systems design.
Requires seven (7) years of techno-functional experience with Oracle's FLEXCUBE and OBPM applications.
Requires seven (7) years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements.
Requires seven (7) years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners.
Requires five (5) years of experience in the payment processing industry.
Requires seven (7) years of experience in international treasury management and/or international banking services.
Requires four (4) years of experience in wholesale banking.
Requires two (2) years of experience in integration, support, or administration with Blueprint.
