The Wells Fargo Data Center Management Compliance, Process and Service Management team is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring standardized process, procedures and controls to assure compliance with any state, federal and regulatory agency for our enterprise Data Centers. This role will be accountable to facilitate all data center compliance based activities and efforts to ensure an 'audit ready' posture for all key controls and to ensure alignment and enforcement of corporate standards, policy and regulatory requirements. Our teams maintain a highly collaborative relationship with all DCM Site Managers, Corporate Security and Corporate Properties representatives for all sites within their assigned portfolio.
This position reports directly to the Data Center Self Assurance Manager and is accountable for developing, implementation and monitoring of our standardized process and procedure in collaboration with our primary partner groups to assure alignment/compliance with corporate policy and regulatory entities. Focus of the work will ensure control design effectiveness and ongoing maintenance to ensure proper measurements exist for all risk identification, risk remediation activities and audit ready status for all sites managed. Will provide consulting on risk based compliance activities for highly complex and critical environments, systems and processes to develop corrective action plans which will influence policy, procedural or controls and effectively manage change to ensure regulatory compliance. This position is responsible to ensure all required compliance based activities are taking place within the Data Center. This position will support the overall DCM BCP programs and service alignment with the enterprise BCP program by maintaining BCP certification and fulfilling the business continuity administrator for DCM. This position will directly participate in established audits, risk assessments, standards, metrics and control reviews to present our controls, supporting artifacts and addressing any noted risk or corrective actions required. This position will work with each resource in the portfolio to identify educational targets, performance objectives and career path discussions.
7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
4+ years of Operational Risk Management experience
3+ years of compliance and controls testing experience
3+ years of experience with mission critical infrastructure systems including Buildings and Advance BMS or EMS systems
1+ year of business continuity planning experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience supporting or directing offshore teams
3+ years of vendor management experience
Ability to provide leadership to a matrixed organization environment
Knowledge and understanding of technology monitoring: proactive maintenance of all critical site control systems
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Certified in Wells Fargo Business Continuity Plan Repository (ORS) and BCP Central
Other Desired Qualifications
Certified Data Center Audit Professional or equivalent certification desired.
