This position is responsible for technical engagement and support for encryption/tokenization technologies on the Crypto Engagement & Support (CES) team within Information Protection Technologies. Works on hands on deployment, implementation and ongoing support of cryptographic technologies.
Participates in interactions with technical, engineering and non-technical partners across the Enterprise for the implementation of the solutions portfolio. Participates in on-call, after hours support on a rotation basis with other Team Members. Also co-ordinates with the vendor support Team to ensure issues impacting Wells Fargo are resolved quickly and effectively.
5+ years of information security applications and systems experience
3+ years of z/OS security experience
3+ years of JCL (Job Control Language) experience
3+ years of Endevor experience
3+ years of Change Management experience with Remedy/Pac2000 or ServiceNow
Advanced Information Security technical skills
Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of cryptography and key management
Exposure to Wells Fargo CICS (Customer Information Control System)
Knowledge and understanding of CA Top Secret
Ability to create and deliver dynamic presentations
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Experience working in a large enterprise environment
Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry
