The Advisor Compensation Team is looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to provide strategic technical solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives. This role will provide diverse and challenging opportunities. The candidate should have the ability to adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner. 5+ years of C#.NET experience
5+ years of SQL experience
3+ years of experience with databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL server, or Teradata
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
Financial industry experience
3+ years of Oracle experience
Knowledge and understanding of brokerage: systems or applications
3+ years of application production support experience
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Web Services experience
Fortify Code Analyzer experience
