This is an exciting opportunity within Wells Fargo Enterprise Quality Engineering team supporting the CEO Mobile application as a Quality Assurance and Testing professional who'll be maintaining and executing automation and manual test scripts. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both these areas. It is key that interested candidates be able work flexible schedule for this position depending on when testing events are scheduled to occur.
Duties of this position will include, but not be limited to:
Responsible for handling basic to highly complex quality assurance and test environment problems and issues.
Creates, prepares and implements systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications.
Works with client to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve escalated issues during the testing process.
Analyzes application specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and technical functional specification documents.
Uses advanced knowledge of applications in identifying, evaluating, and resolving highly complex test problems.
Creates, prioritizes and directs quality assurance and test execution activities.
Leads testing teams, development teams and project teams onshore and offshore to provide training, resolve escalated issues, assess testing needs, and recommend changes.
Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff to resolve critical and non-routine scenarios.
May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project.
Creates test plans and scripts for own projects.
May lead and review test plans written by others.
Performs moderately complex to complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation.
Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects.

5+ years of application development and implementation experience
3+ years of defect tracking tool experience
3+ years of application testing of desktop internet browsers, mobile device browsers, and native application files
3+ years of HP ALM experience
2+ years of SQL experience
2+ years of Java experience
2+ years of experience testing iOS or Android devices
2 + years of experience designing and implementing solutions for test automation using Selenium and Java
2+ years of mobile testing experience
1+ year of experience with web, hybrid, and native applications
1+ year of Agile experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects or large scale individual projects
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: automation and data automation
Knowledge and understanding of automated regression and maintaining scripts in regression
Knowledge and understanding of Selenium software testing framework
Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: strategies, test plans, test cases ,and test scripts development
2 + years of experience with server administration and job creation using Jenkins Continuous Integration server
1+ year of virtual directory services experience
Knowledge and understanding of multiple source code version control systems in working with branches, tags and labels
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles
Knowledge and understanding of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) specifications and practices
1+ year of Web Services experience
2+ years of UNIX experience
Other Desired Qualifications
Previous experience testing ADA compliance with mobile devices and with native application files.
