This position will support Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) internationally, but primarily cover the Western US region during the afternoon/evening and the Eastern Asia Pacific region local morning hours. This time range ensures full "follow the sun" coverage between our US West Coast support team and the Wells Fargo India support team.
The position will be involved in the configuration, trouble-shooting, and ongoing support of Physical Access Security incidents, problems, issues and endpoint devices. This role is also responsible for both scheduled and non-scheduled system outage, system upgrade and patching notifications for all supported regions during the work shift.
Daily tasks will primarily be driven by support tickets and triage work generated out of our support queues but may also include allocated project work including panel and reader testing, endpoint and device programming and configuration. This person will be responsible for providing full turnover details for the Wells Fargo India team at the end of the shift.
1+ year of systems support analysis experience
3+ years of Large scale networked smart card technology systems for physical access control experience
3 + years of experience with network security, endpoint security, or security threat vectors
2+ years of Incident Management System experience
Knowledge and understanding of large scale networked physical access control systems administration
Knowledge and understanding of large scale networked smart card technology systems for physical access control
Other Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of Mercury physical access control hardware
Knowledge of AMAG physical access control hardware
Knowledge of WaveLynx badge readers
Knowledge of one or more Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) as a system programmer/administrator (programming panels/controllers, troubleshooting issues), not as an end user - Lenel OnGuard
Experience with creating, resolving, and closing Incident and Problem tickets in an a web based ticketing system (like BMC/Remedy, JIRA, etc.)
Experience in working with online chat and phone based customer support queue tools and applications (Expert on Demand, Nuance, Genesys)
Ability to successfully work in a collaborative team environment, locally and internationally
Ability to manage work items and prioritizations independently with minimal oversight.
Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
