Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo's more than 70 million global customers.
Within Wells Fargo Technology group, this position is part of the Strategic Services & Advanced Technology – CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team. This team is responsible for developing, building, deploying, and managing integrated solutions on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premise platform. The platform supports multiple lines of business across Wells Fargo.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a third-party (Microsoft) developed application that has been implemented as an on-premise solution and is customized in-house to add user functionality and to build integration points with internal WF applications. The product was initially implemented in 2011 and we have continued to enhance the product to expand its usage and to support new customers. Currently, our platform is running the Dynamics 365 product but we are preparing for the CRM v9 product.
The candidate will be involved in activities that support the entire Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) as well as post-implementation activities and production troubleshooting. Occasionally, you may be required work non-standard hours to support code implementations and other application support activities.
7+ years of application development and implementation experience
5+ years of C#.NET experience
3+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools
3 + years of experience with Agile tools
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of CRM projects, tools, and systems
2 + years of Team Foundation Server (TFS) experience
