Department Overview Payments, Virtual Solutions, Innovation (PVSI) group aims to provide technology across Payments, Digital channels, Innovation Solutions (SWIFT, ACH, Wire, Credit Card, Debit Card, ATM, Branch, Contact Center, Commercial Card, Lockbox, Sweeps, Cash Flow, Deposits, Push2Card) in the form of Services, Solutions, Software, Products and helps PVSI CIO group to move forward in transforming the technology organization. This includes collaborating with Risk Management, Enterprise Architecture, Strategy, Shared Service and Infrastructure teams. About the Role
This position will be in integral part of the CEO Fraud Management within the Wholesale Digital and CBT/PVSI group of TOG. Acts as a Support/Development engineer. Should be participating in game plan creation, implementation for production code installs, maintenance activities like patching in Production and lower environments.
Responsible for 12X7 shift coverage on rotational basis and take care of issues and trouble shoot, triage them on demand basis.
Readiness to work as on-call person for availability of application and environment.
Support several High critical applications for various functions like availability, implementation, patching, vulnerability remediation, certificate renewals, monitoring, automation etc.
Ready to take up new Developments/challenges in CFM space.
Understand the risks and make all the stakeholders informed of the risks, plan and mitigate them on a timely basis.
Should have guided and mentored the junior team members in the technology.
Bachelor/Masters degree with 6+ years of IT experience in application/Infrastructure Support experience using Java/J2EE stack, Weblogic, Tomcat with knowledge in Spring Framework, JDBC, RestFul Services.
Have worked with atleast one of the production support tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Introscope, Grafana etc.
Unix related operating system.
DevOp tools like Jenkins, GIT, uDeploy, Artifactory etc.,
Good Debugging, trouble shooting skills
Excellent Communication skills in EACO/Bridgeline calls, meetings, articulating technical issues to management and partners while solving problems
Hands on experience on Application servers like Weblogic, Tomcat. And Database like Oracle
Hands on Experience in troubleshooting production issues and experience in on-call support.
Good to have Exadata database, DB repoint, DB replication experience.
Market Skills and Certifications
Good to have knowledge on Production monitoring tools.
