We are looking for a polished sales leader and strong communicator that will be dedicated to overseeing a team of dedicated Relationship Managers who are accountable for the ensuring customer satisfaction and growing wallet share within Cardtronics existing based of more than 1200 Financial Institutions across the United States. You will work with others in the company that provide the implementation and product management activities to assist in formulating marketing strategies and solutions to achieve customer objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver against new sales growth objectives for self and team.
Proactively ensure customer agreements are renewed, minimizing compression and attrition.
Be a passionate advocate on behalf of our customers, constantly improving customer loyalty.
Support the team in building effectively account plans and compelling commercial proposals that solve customers’ business issues.
Continuously be aware of key market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Expand the range of products that Cardtronics that customers purchase from Cardtronics.
Access and establish new contacts throughout the Financial Services industry at the executive level and ATM category level.
Build a high performing team, with a structure culture of ambition and accountability.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS
Extensive experience in ATMs, EFT Processing, debit, credit and card solutions required
Bachelor degree is required.
A minimum of 7 years’ experience selling Banking/Financial Services, growing revenues, leveraging executive level banking relationships.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, work independently and overcome obstacles
Must be results oriented and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
Ability to understand complex and multi-function sales cycles from start to finish.
Proven track record of developing long standing relationships.
Strong ability to interface with all levels of an organization.
Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
