Supports ad hoc financial modeling.
Responsible for providing moderate to complex financial analysis in support of management decision-making for Retail Sales.
Support the data and report design builds for Retail Sales key financial analyses.
Provide Retail Sales project support and analysis.
In-depth research of financial, operating and/or economic data and analyzing, interpreting and reporting findings.
Manage and complete month-end data loads, ongoing validation / review of processes and finding efficiencies in processes and reporting.
This role requires a candidate who can effectively partner and collaborate across teams to build relationships and gather critical business information.
4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics and reporting; or a BS/BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business and 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting
A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment
Advanced Microsoft Access skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Essbase and/or SmartView experience
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
Financial modeling experience
Other desired qualifications:
Strong system experience with Essbase and SQL
Ability to organize and understand volumes of detail and desire to take ownership of activities and functions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must to facilitate interaction with business partners
